The program is being used by Aidoc, a provider of AI solutions for radiologists, which is being used at the University of Rochester Medicine. The Aidoc solution is integrated with Nuance\u2019s PowerScribe Workflow Orchestration platform, which delivers AI-powered workflow efficiency and accuracy to radiology practice.

The program is testing an always-on solution for automatically flagging and prioritizing critical CT cases currently being used at University of Rochester. The companies say the combined Aidoc-Nuance solution enables radiologists to better capture value from AI.

ACR says the testing framework offers an industry-first post-market surveillance and continuous validation of the AI solution's performance and impact in real clinical settings. This enables health systems to identify the right solution for improving patient care in their clinical setting.
